Brad’s initial involvement in the commercial real estate business began in 1982 in Silicon Valley, California, an area between San Jose and Palo Alto. His experience has grown from representing high tech tenants exclusively, assisting corporations with facilities planning, negotiating on many client’s behalf to expand or consolidate facilities, either through leasing or purchasing of land and/or buildings.

In 1992, Brad moved to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Baldwin Corporate Real Estate, “BCRE”, was established to represent the real estate needs of high tech and service corporations in the cities of the Inland Northwest; namely Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake & Coeur d’Alene, to augment an existing high tech clientele being serviced in California’s Silicon Valley. A select list of lease and sale transactions are highlighted on the enclosed Resume.

Brad Baldwin is the sole proprietor and principal of Baldwin Corporate Real Estate. BCRE concentrates on working with high tech clientele in the Inland Northwest. Brad is a current member of CCIM, (Certified Commercial Investment Member). BCRE’s office is located in Hayden Lake, Idaho.
